CHICAGO FLIPS RED CELEBRATING AND EDUCATING FROM THE NATION'S CAPITOL TO NORTH AVENUE BEACH

July 3rd–5th: First Annual Freedmen Homecoming & Rebirth of the Republic Rally – Washington, D.C.

Chicago Flips Red traveled to the nation's capital for a powerful three-day stand in defense of constitutional values, voter integrity, and the legacy of native-born Black Americans. From educating visitors at the Supreme Court to a July 4th rally at Lafayette Park and a community day at the National Museum of African American History, the trip marked the First Annual Freedmen Homecoming—a bold declaration that we are reclaiming our place in the republic. We look forward to growing this historic event each year as momentum builds across the country.

We had a great day meeting lots of Chicagoans who wanted to learn more about our movement, what we hope to achieve, and how they can get involved.
