Chicago Flips Red is hosting a May 1, 2026 gathering to oppose May Day demonstrations and the political ideology often associated with them.
May Day has historical roots in international labor movements, including strands influenced by Marxist and socialist ideas. This event is organized for those who reject those frameworks and want to advocate for a different vision centered on American values, local accountability, and civic engagement.
In addition, the event calls for increased transparency and oversight related to the Chicago Teachers Union — including a forensic audit and review of leadership decisions that impact students, families, and taxpayers.
Join us in the West Loop as we bring together Chicagoans who want to engage, ask questions, and push for accountability in our city.
All Hands on Deck.
